I scheduled service through my home warranty because my clothes dryer is not heating. After 3 services provided by One Stop Appliance my dryer is still not heating. Please pay attention because they will cheat you, and your home warranty. They have poor integrity and I don't know how anyone associated with them can sleep well at night. I was busy and I didn't pay attention. The technician wrote coil kit on my invoice on 11/26/24, 3/27/25 and 7/9/25. Was the coil even changed 3 times? Was the coil the problem 3 times. I didn't observe the technician in November. My son observed in March, but he's a young adult. I observed on 7/9 and I realize that no diagnosing occurred. The technician went to the truck for a coil only because I was watching. Was that actually a new coil? The dryer was heating for 1 cycle at least and now it's not heating at all. My 3 invoices list different prices for the same part. No price is listed for November so I can only imagine what amount the home warranty was charged. $217.43 is listed for March and $317.44 is listed for July. I guess people can't be trusted. One Stop Appliance is DEFINITELY not one stop! I would leave less than 1 star if I could!

I was referred to the repair shop by my home warranty plan and told they would contact me. I never got a call so I called them. Tech came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. After some confusion about getting the part we set up an appointment to have the repair done. The job was done on a Friday. We did laundry on Saturday and noticed a stream of water coming from under the washer. Checked the back of the machine and saw the leak was from the repair area. I called to report the problem on the following Monday. They took my info and said they would let the tech know. I never got a call back that week so I called again the next Monday, no return call. Called again the following Monday (call #3). Still waiting for a call back. I plan to call my home warranty plan and inform them also.
