    I had multiple dates scheduled for massages and they continuously got cancelled by the business. Often, the same day. The last time that they rescheduled me, the appointment was not cancelled and I was able to get my services, but the person who booked my massage did not book for the correct massage. I needed a deep tissue massage due to chronic headaches and tension. As I was getting the massage, I asked the therapist for more pressure and she told me that she does not do deep tissue massages. The whole reason was there and continued to make appointments was for a deep tissue massage! I contacted the business and they told me they would credit me. When I called to schedule my appointment, the person who answered the phone told me there were not credits available to me. I explained to her what happened and she kept telling me I had no credits and the ones that I did have were expired. She would not even listen to what I was saying. She told me she would take my name and number and put me on a list for someone to call me back. I asked for the manager and she refused to tell me who the manager was. Then, she hung up on me. I called back and she answered again and still would not tell me who the manager was and kept saying she could take my name and number and someone can call me back. I will never, ever do business with this place again. They could not keep any of my appointments and then when they did, they didn't even schedule the services that I originally requested.

    The manager of the ******** Massage Envy reached out to ************** and offered another free session. The prior free session offer expired on 11/30, which led to the confusion. ************** has scheduled an appointment in December at our spa.
