    good morning my name is ******* E. ****** Srmy reasonfor this on Nov. 1 2024 i have a 2020 Buick envision it would not go in gear so i had it towed to the dealership for repairsthe service told me that pop was poured into gear council it caused the not to go in gear i had rent a car from enterprize and when the was done i paid $960.94 and the rental i paid $1500 and picked the car up Nov. 15 and that nov. 17 had to have the car towed and i forgot to mention when i picked the the up had a with driver side door closing before i brought my to them had no probelm with neither driver or passenger get the car back was having with the driver door closing on Nov. ******************************************************************************************************************************* $570.00 and the bulb would $60.00 i feel iam not responsible and could not if the door was not closing right they have detected the probelm thank you.

    I have been with this dealership for more than 5 years. Now my experience this time with them is horrible. *** is extremely rude and his favorite phrase to say is I dont know. I told him to call me as that is my car even though my mom is the main person on file for the car. My mother is 77 extremely soft spoken Asian woman. I have always been the one to take my car in. My car was hit from behind. They have had my car for over 3 weeks. They did not want to receive a fax from Crash Champions who my insurance suggested to fix my care. Then threaten to charge for storing my car because of waiting for the information. It took me telling them that I cannot come in person because of my 4 yr old autistic nonverbal son having doctor ************ then they were willing to give me a fax number. Now the issue is they have been waiting on parts and blame COVID for it taking so long. COVID has been over for more than a year. They do not want to call me because I ask questions and want to make sure what is going on before they do anything. They just want to milk the clock, $179 per hour. Dans attitude is extremely horrible especially whenever you try to challenge him and get answers. As someone who does not know much about cars, my experience here makes me to never want to do business here again. Then they dont have any loaner cars nor can they ask other buick dealerships for a loaner car. So if you really not know much about cars I suggest you go somewhere else because *** does not know how to have patience to speak with respect, all he wants to do is get your money.

    The extended warranty company was billed almost $4000 for a repeated problem that they never fixed. My vehicle was in their possession from November 22, 2022 -December 9, 2022 and December 13, 2022 - December 27, 2022 for the exact same noise. Noise that generates only when the car is put into reverse and the steering wheel is turned to the right. With the frustration and being told it's time to purchase another vehicle. The advisor at the new dealership 1/6/2023 stated that my car should have not been returned to me in that condition due to it being a safety hazard.As a customer within the past year I have never experience so much agony, deceit and inadequate service. The service advisors are not to be at fault because their job is clearly to advise. They are not the certified technicians for the vehicle repairs. ************************* did that to the best of his knowledge.The services were not performed adequately and there is no accountabilty for the mishap.This problem could have been resolved, but I have yet to hear from anyone on their managerial team. Enough is enough! As a woman I feel that I was taken advantage of and overlooked. After reaching out to ************** directly to complain about this experience I was told that I would receive a call from Haggerty within 72 hours. No one ever reached out to apologize or even to see how this problem could be resolved. **** Haggerty service communicated through ************** that they already sent me a refund check (have not received anything as of yet) for my warranty deposit and they would like for me to call and confirm my home address. I called on yesterday and once again no manager would speak to me. Hopefully this information can help someone else with making a decision prior to choosing **** Haggerty for any of their car service repairs.

    I took my 2011 Buick Enclave to this location recently. My car wouldn't turn over and I thought it was my starter. $2700 later my flywheel and a motor mount needed to be replaced somehow. I get the car back after almost 2 weeks. Once I get it back my car won't heat up, its barely blowing air and just not the same. I call and let them know something isn't right. They tell me when to bring it and 1 week later I'm being told my time chain is going, my transmission is slipping, the actuators are messed up, there's a stuck or broke door that won't allow the defroster to work or heater, my autostart no longer works and I have a check engine light on. None of which I ever had prior. Minimum estimate to fix $4000. Told them no thank you I want my car back. The car I took to them is not the same I'm driving now today when I got it back. They have messed my vehicle up and have no shame in saying "it's just a bad car you bought" instead of admitting they damaged my car. Do not go there and end up like me. I still $8000 on this car as I've had it less than 2yrs and I'm going to struggle to figure out how to fix this. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
