    I purchased a unit from PC for People Order (#******). When I received the order the ************************** Home and Student 2019 was not installed. I contacted the service ***** and was informed I would be receiving a label to ship back and have the order I placed/paid for completed. Company reply via e mail They have not yet sent the return label. They work on them in the order that they are received. I am an online student and my school work is beginning to suffer as the result of not being able to use the office software for my study report filing.
