    ******* for this company, ****** *******, has communication issues and very unprofessional. She doesn't send any recommendations for viewing, she was late more than prompt for appointments. She doesn't set up viewings desired, always questioning the client's affordability. She's available at times but she will send an unfamiliar person to show properties or send lockbox code to enter on your own. She has complained that she's never had a client for 9 months in her 20 years of service insinuating that I was a hassle. I just know what I can afford and when a seller is trying to get over on me....at times, I was outbidded which is a part of this business. She sends texts but admits to not pressing "send". Today was final straw. I was on my way to a property in south suburbs when suddenly she canceled on me. I stay on westside of *******, this action was very inappropriate. I do NOT recommend doing business with a company that employs realtors like this.
