    I made an appointment to have my hearing aid adjusted on 7/26/2023 went in with the Audiogram from my ENT clinic to have the new prescription setup onto my hearing aid. The settings did not take, the hearing aid was no longer working as expected. I went back on 7/27/2023 to get the settings looked at and have my hearing aid put into a working state. They were unable to do so, the hearing aid has been functioning with no issue for six years with regular maintenance. Their only solution was to purchase a new hearing aid through them which I declined. I was able to get the hearing aid sound issues corrected with a different provider. Which provided an adequate evaluation and solution. The Hearing Place were unable to make any changes so I ask that my $185.00 dollars be refunded.
