    Made an order with ThePhotoStick, order #******, which said 15% off if ordered today. Filling out the order it never told me how to get the % off so I contacted customer support and they said the order already shipped so they couldnt adjust the price. I feel it is a scam to get people like me to order the photo stick.I paid $199 + tax and ordered on 2/21/2024

    The person filing the complaint is not a customer and has never been a customer of our business.  We do not sell Photo Stick or anything else online.  Our business has been incorrectly connected with this product. The business that sells Photo Stick is from ****** and is called Prairie IT with the website ***************************************.  We are called Prairie IT Services Corp in ******** with the website ****************************************.  We support small businesses with day to day technology support.  

    We  alerted BBB ******** to the incorrect business name in our profile and the correction is in process. 

    Please remove this complaint from our profile.

    We do not sell Photostick and are in no way associated with the Photostick. We are an IT consulting company supporting small businesses in the **************.
