      Glad to hear I'm not the only one they do this to. Never agreed to do the ad. They sent an invoice that I did not send back because I did not want to do, and then they called several times trying to get me to pay. Told me that if I didn't want to do the as it was my responsibly to contact them. Not how business should be done. Been doing ads with them for over 15 years and this is how they treat their "loyal customers". Very unprofessional, will never be doing business with them again.

      *****, I am sorry and surprised to hear of this problem. We did everything for this October ***************************** the past; I am not sure where the miscommunication occurred.. I have personally written off the balance; you will not be contacted by Radio America again. Thank you for your support over the last 15 years, it was appreciated.*************************

      Basically same thing ***** said-"Radio America contacted us by phone about a radio ad; they said that they would not publish the ad unless we paid half before it aired. Which we did not pay. Then we got a bill from them. We never heard the ad, nor were we contacted with the ad to preapprove it, or to confirm the order. They will not stop harassing us about a bill for an ad that we never pre-approved or received." Constantly calling my business saying i owe them money for an ad i never approved.

      ****************, I am sorry to hear there was a misunderstanding on billing terms and approval. We never ask for payment in advance, all customer are given 30 day terms on billing, as confirmed on the broadcast schedule and invoice.It appears the original transaction occurred some time ago, I will talk to everyone on our end who has been involved with this and try to come up with a resolution.Thank You,*************************

      Hi ****************,Radio America never requires payment in advance. We issue an invoice and schedule with 30 day billing terms. I will follow up with anyone involved in your situation on our end, and be in touch to see if we can work out a solution for you. Additionally, we can supply an affidavit of performance as to the airing times.
