      Last month around April 15 I went to this car wash to have 2 of my personal cars washed. At that time unbeknownst to me Flagship ******* enrolled me in a membership and started charging me monthly fees this month on May 14, even though I have not been to that Carwash since last month. Deliberately enrolling every customer that comes to their Carwash in a membership without the customers knowledge and charging monthly fees is unethical business practice and is fradulent.

      On March 5, 2024 I stopped at ******************* on ************************************. An employee came to my car and stated for $25 - with NO obligation - I could have unlimited car washes for the next 30 days. FRAUD! I agreed to this offer of ONE charge for a month of car washes at the *********** location in *******, **. I was NEVER told this was a recurring charge and I have witness to the conversation. I want a refund of my money immediately. This was fraud.
