    I had noticed a leak in my lower roof and called *********************** of Custom Roofers for a bid. He set an appointment for the next day between 2pm and 4pm. At 4:05pm he called me to say that he was less than 15 minutes away. At 5:25pm he showed up. He said Hi and asked where the roof problem was. I pointed up at the roof and said "It's right here, but..." I was irritated that he was so late and did not even apologize for making me wait. He got agitated and said "Bye" and started walking to his truck. I told him that he was supposed to be here between 2pm and 4pm but he kept walking and said "forget it". I told him that at this point I would not hire him because he seemed to be unreliable. He left my property. It seems strange that all I said was "but" and he got agitated. Take care if you consider hiring him, he seems unstable.
