    On December 03, 2022 this company was paid $1482 to mover furniture from house to house and here is what I got from them. First off when they get to my house two of the movers get into an argument and one of them refuses to continue with the move, so after about an hour later another guy shows up to help. Then when they get to my destination address for some reason they had loaded one of my round living room wall mirrors in the cab of the truck and the mover gets out leaves the door open an out rolls my mirror breaking it in several places along the edge. So the owner calls ask me to text pics as well as his worker text pics and tells me he has a repair guy that can replace the broken mirror edges and they take my mirror. Well it has been over a month now and we have made repeated calls to owner and the company about our mirror and get no response so at this point it looks like theses bums have stolen our mirror! This is pathetic! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!! And tell anyone you know looking for a moving company to call someone else!

    This was not a customer of this branch. However, he was a customer of the branch in Kansas City. To address the complaint directly, the mirror was taken to a couple of different glass shops for an estimate of repair. Upon hearing from the last glass shop that it was taken to, we will have either a fixed mirror or a submission of a resolution directly to Mr. ******. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We were trying to go the extra mile in offering to fix the mirror. I take offense to the derogatory nature of this complaint in saying that we are "bums" and alleging that we would steal something although that is definitely not the case.

    I take offense to the total disreguard and non-response to over a month of phone calls and messages until I filed this complaint. Had your company called me back to tell me the status of my mirror all of this could have been avoided. I did get a call finally about reparing my mirror but until I have it back repaired as said or compensated for it this issue is unresolved.
