    I purchased what was labeled as oem for d emblems. What I received was not oem, clearly these are Chinese knock offs. They came in packaging from the manifacturer not in **** oem packaging, had no pins, and used some Chinese version of 3m tape. Not actual 3m tape. I tried every avenue of contact and got maybe one response to send it back with no rna, no packing slip or postage. He wanted me to pay shipping. Its false advertising and I want a refund and I not paying for his deceitful selling practices he can send a return label or just deal with the chargeback from my cc company.2

    WE purchased decals from them and it did not have all the pieces. Have tried to contact them so we could return the parts and get our money back, We have emailed them, called and left messages and even texted them to no response. We would like to return the parts and get our money back but they will not even respond back to us.

    We ordered a King ***** license plate from ******************** on 11/7/22 order # ***** for $79.99 plus tax and shipping, total $91.38. We received it on Saturday 11/12/22, it was bent on one corner. The packing slip stated it was sent from King ***** not KLP Customs and the $79.99 price he charged was double what King ***** charges $39.99. On Tuesday 11/15/22 I began contacting ***** by email and texting. He wasn't answering my requests then on 12/7/22 I said it was taking entirely too long and would have to dispute the charge. That was when he was absolutely rude and unprofessional. He cursed at me via text messages unbelievably.
