    I placed an order for a wig from this business, formal communication was made to them, and I was advised the product will be sent out for two day shipping with ***** Upon receiving the tracking info it advised I was scheduled to receive the product after the designated time. On the day for arrival I tracked the package and it advised it package had an issue and never left the facility. I sent a photo to them advising and asked kindly to check where it was shipped and what the issue was. After going back forth for 72 hours the issue was unresolved, no product! And they refused to give me my money back. I was offered a $300 credit for a product I paid $388 for. Instead of handling the issue professionally I was told have a happy holiday. They took this as a mockery.

    This complaint is full fraud, this client has got caught stealing using someone else card information and trying to get a wig under someone else name. We are ****** happy to not serve this client anymore. Evil people with *************** never win, keep your complaint going, youre banned from this store happily. You can try to scam someone else for the holidays, you wont succeed here.

    I am appalled you guys are so ignorant, keep it up. As a formal civil suit has been filed. How dare you claim fraud, when I have all the evidence to prove it was not. Thanks for providing proof of your ignorant responses. You will be receiving a notice from my lawyers, I will ensure you guys dont ever do this to someone else.
