    My daughter has been an athlete at Reign Athletics since September of 2021. We have had multiple bullying problems by other athletes that we brought to ownerships attention that went unaddressed. I wanted to pull my daughter from the gym but there would be a $3,100 penalty fee per the contract. We regretfully stayed and followed strict rules of the contract. 2 weeks before the season ended the gym violated my daughters orthopedic surgeons directive and forced her, against her will, to perform activities that exasperated her injury. This prevented my daughter from participating in practice. The gym owner upset with my declarations threw my daughter off of the team. My daughter is now not just physically harmed but she is emotionally destroyed. The gym is alleging via text that we quit which simply isnt so. Regardless if we had, per the contract, it has to be in writing. The gym has collected over $4,240 in gym fees since the season began and that is not including the additional $1,100 it cost us to travel to competitions and the $1,200 we were unable to recoup for advance payments in travel for which we have been illuminated from due to the gyms actions. I am requesting a resolution settlement of $6,540 for violation of the contract. In the event we were to take this to court punitive damages that could result to up to $350,000 would be an additional factor in the event the gym does not wish to resolve this issue.Thank you,*********************** ************
