    First of all, nobody answers your calls. They are not there Saturday Sunday. If you have a problem, they never return your call if you have billing questions technical issues there's no customer support after you terminate your your service. They continue to harass you and send you bills saying that you have to pay an extra 30 days after canceling service plus they don't come pick up their equipment. The worst service I've ever had. This company should not be in business and their service is very very slow. The downloading is Virtually nonexistent.

    I had services with this company for about a year. Living in a private subdivision I had no other choice. When I finally was able to get my choice company TMobile internet provider I requested to cancel my home internet services since June of 2022 and it is February of 2023 and they still have not cancel my account. I kept getting invoices billing for services I no longer have or approved. I keep calling them, emailing them and they dont seem to care about how I frustrated it makes me feel. Can you imaging requesting a service to be cancel and not 8 months later it still hasnt been done. . It was so easy for them to get my business, charge my bills but when its my time to be taken care of. They just dont care. I hope nobody else has to go through this issue with them. Please think about it twice or more getting business with this company. .
