    10/28/23 repair on Infiniti SUV to Jiffy Lube in ***********, ** for oil change & spark plug repair. 10/29/30 The mech. said the check engine light came on after the repair bc he needed to change the gaskets due to oil leaking into 1 of *********** tried to clear the codes that caused the check engine light to come on, but returned after clearing it. We drove it home & noticed the car was 100% worse post repairs, the engine light was flashing, & was misfiring. We called 10/30/23 to inform them we weren't happy after paying $437.24. 10/31/23 went back to have them fix the issue. The Mech. was unsure of what he was doing & researching how to perform the work. We left & went to Infiniti a few blocks away.Told us the gaskets need to be changed w/ spark plugs. We paid Infiniti $200 for the diagnostic We took our car to ******* in Frankfort& work completed on 11/10/23. Mech told us 1. The gaskets for the spark plugs werent changed & per protocol, gaskets must be changed with the spark plugs. 2. ******* was tar black, so the oil wasnt changed & gave us the filthy oil filter which we still have. 3. ******* was over-filled (topped off) & spilled into the spark plug gaskets causing the misfire making it unsafe to drive the car. The damages caused by Jiffy Lube = $1,306.99 (we sent 3 invoices to corp). The grand total = $1,944.23 We emailed corp. to complain abt service & give them a chance to fix before escalation they had the store manager, ****, reach out who dismissed everything we know as fact listed above. He said he watched the cameras & saw the work was performed, & we didn't bring the car back to them to fix the issue (yet we brought it back) so it voided the warranty. If he truly had watched the cameras and read everything he would have seen that we're right. Knowing what he was said was untrue, we asked to see the videos but conveniently corporate doesnt allow them to share videos with customers. We emailed corp again to discuss, but email was ignored.
