    This company can't be trusted! They sent out a random handyman to work on plumbing issues in our building. That's a huge violation of Chicago city code which mandates that a licensed plumber work on plumbing. ******** didn't do the work correctly and we now are having a licensed plumber work through the issues they created.

    I am the treasurer of our townhome association and we decided to switch maintenance companies this summer for cleaning the gutters and downspouts on the 62 buildings in our community. Our property manager recommended ***************** with Association Improvements and we gave them a chance. *** made sure the 3 crews kept on track by being there at the beginning of every day and did a final inspection with me at the end of the job. The amount of debris, leaves, and other build-up that was removed made it evident that our last company didnt have the same attention to detail. Aside from some debris on the lawn which was cleaned up when the crews were finished, the gutter cleaning was meticulous. Because of the great work on the first project, we had them power wash the exterior of our buildings and the work was equally impressive. This time they came with a commercial power washer on a truck and the work was just as great. Normally, homeowners contact me or the property manager when they have questions. *** suggested that a notice was sent with his contact information and the property manager agreed. This was the first project I didnt have to answer questions from homeowners which was my favorite part. I strongly recommend Association Improvements to any condominium association seeking top-notch exterior maintenance services. They have exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to using them again for our future maintenance needs. Thank you for taking great care of our community.

    Our condo association in ********** sourced multiple bids for replacing our asphalt driveways and concrete sidewalks. We choose Association Improvements because our main contact seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. *** took care of the permits with the inspector and kept us updated throughout the projects. There was a problem with a couple small grass areas next to the new driveways but *** had new sod installed within days. I would use them in the future for my home and our association.
