    I enrolled in the on-line course to become MDS certified. After paying $800.00 for the course, I received an email that stated that "A class invitation will be granted in a separate email." I did NOT receive the invitation email. I have tried on several occasions to call & email their registration department about how to start the course or when to expect a class invitation. This has been ongoing since November of 2022. None has ever responded.

    The Instructor ********** is either late or does not attend her own webinar class for restorative nurse certification. Its been over a month that she promised me my certification or at least give me information when to take the exam to get certified. All she does is tell me she will give me one more class to make up the class she missed and I will be able to take my exam. Its been over a month since I took her class. I spent $1099 for this class and the certification and I would like to get my money back since no make up class nor certification was ever received.
