    My son visited the *********** Skyzone with another family a few months ago. He was either 16 or just turned 17 at the time, in May or June. My son has special needs and an intellectual disability. When he went there, they signed him up for a membership and had him link his bank account information in my absence. They are now removing money from his account monthly for this membership. He has not returned to the facility since the initial visit. He is not legally allowed to enter into a contract or membership because he is a minor. They took advantage of his intellectual disability. I have contacted the facility and tried numerous ways to discuss the issue with them. I need assistance. So far, they have removed $110 from his account. His lasts name is different from mine and the membership would be under Zacorian Piskule. I did not authorize this membership as his parent/guardian and nor did he understand what was happening. They explained it to him that it was the cheapest way to get in and he didn't understand the ramifications.

    I arranged to host a party at the business on Sunday, 5/26/24 at 6 PM. After checking in and receiving our jump socks, we discovered both the obstacle course and the large free jump trampoline section were closed due to damage from heavy rain earlier in the day. Those two sections alone make up half the park and I was not notified of this prior to arriving/checking in for the party I was hosting. With half the park off-limits due to rain damage, all other sections of the park were completely overcrowded. For this reason, our guests left within the first 15 minutes of jump time. I was left with no option but to cancel the party completely. There was no point in keeping the private party room and 2 whole pizzas for just 2 people. When I complained and canceled the private room along with the 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers of soda, I was only given 25% ($84 and some change)of my money back and a couple free passes to come back another day. I was informed that there was no corporate phone number or email and was told to leave my name and phone number and the ** would give me a call within the next 2 days. After 4 days, I still had not received a single phone call. At this point, I emailed the park directly via the online contact form on 5/30/24. 2 weeks later on 6/10, I still had not received any form of communication so I contacted the company via Instagram and was given an email address which I promptly sent a detailed email to. I sent the email again on 6/20 and as of today, 8/16/24, I have not received any communication regarding the matter. I have requested a full refund as we did not use the park nor did we utilize the party room and consume any food or drink. Additionally, I booked the epic party package which included a T-shirt for the guest of honor; the T-shirt was never given to us. I paid for a party I did not have. When initially booking the party, I made a deposit online with a credit card and paid the remaining balance with cash at time of checking in.

    On June 23rd my daughter, who is 17 went to SkyZone *********** with her 16 year old friend. They were told for a few dollars more than the day pass they could jump for 3 months. They agreed. They were unaware that they were entering into a contract and would be billed every month after. They didn't fill out anything and don't remember signing anything. My daughter has been charged every single month since totaling $188.93. She's never used the service nor did she even know she could because she was tricked into joining. I have emailed, called, nobody answers ever at this location, i have left messages with no return call, reached out via social media as well. The only time i could get through to a human was when i chose "book a party" from the options. I got a human immediately and he was able to give me the membership number required to cancel and the website to cancel. They have finally stopped charging her card but nobody will reply about a refund. The contact itself is void because she is a minor that cannot consent. I've explained this multiple times with no resolution from anyone, including the billing company, Defy. After searching online I've found countless other people stating this has happened to them, and also employees stating its encouraged to lie to people and not disclose the terms of the contract. It's pitiful. I will be contacting local legislatures as well. My daughter's friend has been trying to cancel for months as well. Name of *********************, dob 2/27/06

    Hello, Skyzone LLC requires people who enter their business to sign a photo release to their name, likeness, ******************* in perpetuity, around the world for ANY use and without consent or compensation. This release cannot be separated from the legal indemnification releases. Using ones business should not give them unlimited rights to ******* childrens, name, likeness, image, ******************* This is an unethical practice.
