    Sloppy work. Not consistent never showed up when promised. Alot of rookie mistakes. Workers discarding the waste mortar under trees and on lawn. Mortar never cleaned off side walks. Spilled mortar on central air conditioner. Never fixed issues.left acid ****** leaking down the front and side of house. Work promised on contract not done.thrse men are not tuckpointers.yhere work does not match the craftsmanship of a Tuckpointer. Never cleaned mess.left mortar and acid marks on windows and doors.when promised to fix issues never made an attempt to fix anything. Im seeking for them to refund me money for cleaning and issues never fixed.never supplied a permit ,always one excuse after another. This man took advantage of me in every way. Roof top also mortar spilled every where. These people made one big mess not including the embarrassment they caused me when neighbors asked who are these people!

    I am rejecting this response because:this man brought inexperienced men to my house ,made a huge mess,lie after lie after lie.he made facials cuts on the face of the brick,rookie mistakes. He promised brick restoration, and promised power washing the brick. He remove acid with a garden  hose.he left acid marks leaking down were everyone can see the c*** work this man done.a check was written for **** dollars. It was a home equity loan.the bank send me checks,but failed to mention I could not use them.i wrote another check,were he successfully cashed it.he got paid regardless.this man knows he done wrong, but he mistaked my kindness for being a fool.i am still cleaning his mess.all work was also done with out a permit.his work was not work from a certified tuckpointer.maybe his father was a tuckpointer,but not him.on the day made the proposal, he had asked me if I knew any one who's looking for a  job.i should have taken that as a sign not to hire him.. you can check  with bmo ****** about the check.im actually look for him to refund some of the **** dollars  for the headache he caused me and ridiculed me  in my neighborhood.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    These peoples did not clean anything. I still have mortor on Windows airconditioner.just like I was promised brick restoration, and all they gave me was a big mess lie after lie,and brought men to my house that were not certified  tuckpointer.just because he circled words on a contract that doesnt  mean he did it,or else I wouldn't be complaining. This man is a big lier,and needs his licence  revoked for really ripping me off.this man has no idea about tuckpointing or cleaning his ****** had 2 other tuckpointing buisness check the work he done,and clearly stated he was not a professional. If this  man had any shame what so ever he should refund me a portion of my hard earned money back,and if the better buisness can't help me with that, then I must take him to court.This was my hard earned money and it's ******* clear that was his intentions to rip me off.knowing these men were inexperienced  he gave the ok for them to do work that they did not know how to do.therefore he must refund or fix what he thought he knew how to do.or I will hire new tuckpointing and he will pay for it. Do not trust *****************,if he can lie to me what kind of lies do you think he can tell you.refund a portion of my money ***************** or a judge will hear this case. Mr ***** a.r *******.
