    I did an online order for a Halloween animatronic, Dr. ****** I purchased this from ********** before the closed. I had not opened the box until last week and the item was broken. I reached out to Tekky to explain it's broke and see what my options are. They respond back saying I need proof of purchase. I go to PC website to view my order history to obtain proof but realize the website won't let you login and access that anymore. So I search my email for anything related and found an email from when I placed the order. I email them it over and receive no response. I messaged back to let them know that I am even willing to pay for the parts at this point since I'm being ignored. Yet again, that email is being ignored. I believe Tekky brand should be held reliable for selling broken products whether the store it was purchased from is shut down or not. Tekky has proven to be an unreliable company that sells broken items.

    On September 13 2024 I received a Tekky drop down scarecrow animatronic as a gift, it came from ****, I live in *********. When I opened the box the box with all the animatronic parts was missing, in this video you see them removing a box, that was not in mine. I contacted Tekky, the instructions in the box said not to return to store, Tekky suggested I return to the store, but I'm not even sure what store to return it to, so I called Party city, they wouldn't return it, told me to contact Tekky. Tekky told me that they wouldn't do anything but I could purchase the missing parts, of course I wouldn't have them until after Halloween, and they didn't tell me how much it would be. I find it curious that they couldn't find a replacement, and after spending $200 it doesn't work, it's useless. I just want them to stand behind their product. ************************************************

    This customer contacted our customer service department and requested replacement parts for an item, but did not have a receipt or could not provide a receipt.She also only provided photos of the instruction manual and markings of the parts on the instruction manual that she was looking to obtain. She was advised that we did not currently have replacement parts in stock at this time and that without a receipt showing purchase this year she could return the item to the store she purchased it from to obtain a refund or exchange according to the stores policy.

    Bought an animatronic werewolf in September from big lots. Didn't open it until Halloween, it does not work . The battery pack smells like it's on fire . Tried two sets of batteries and nothing . I want an exchange or a refund. They don't respond at all on their website

    I bought a 12 scarecrow for Halloween from Lowes, it has been up for 3 weeks and has fallen over twice on windy days. I also have the 12 Skeleton from ********** up and it hasnt fallen once. The base is now broken. All of the steaks are bent and warped as well (they are SO CHEAP and flimsy). For $398 it shouldnt break in 3 weeks. I reached out to the company and they said they do not replace the base and that I should have it on level ground (which I do) and use weights of something to hold it down. This answer is unacceptable. Many others are having the same problem. It is suppose to have a limited 1 year warranty however its bogus.

    Purchased a product made by this company in June of 2023 new from Michaels craft store. The item stopped working after a week of using it in October. When I contacted the company they stated they never sold this product to Michaels craft store and even though it was purchased new they would not offer any return repair or compensation, even thought the item is less than 6 o months old. The rude employee ******* who responds when you email the company will just stop responding and refuses to provide a supervisor or corporate contact number. I paid $187.38 for this item less than 6 months ago and the company refuses to do the right thing. They actually attempted to tell me they will sell me a part that *** or *** not fix it.

    They sent me the wrong parts and then i see of I could use the voice box it when I put batteries in itsbtarted getting hot and started smelling like it was burning. I have reached out several times and they refuse to solve the issue. I would prefer if they sent me both models new no refurbished parts

    Purchased a speaker from this company and product does not work. Purchased August 12 2023? I've sent 2 emails to them to try to return the item and they refuse to respond to me. The price was around $36 with the shipping cost. I want a refund.
