  This bank denied removing the *** from my home loan even though the I had met all the requirements. My outstanding balance was less than 80% of the original LOTV but was denied after submitting a formal request. ************** says it has to be removed once it is below 80%. ServBank wanted me to submit an additional $150 application fee and pay to have my home value reevaluated, this is against the law. Stay away from this predatory lender as they won't comply with laws and try to charge you for additional fees just to have access to your rights. If interest rates ever come back down I am definitely refinancing with a different bank.

  This bank is terrible, they have actively been trying to take my mother-in-law's house due to non-payment. When I submitted paperwork to show proof of payments, they put me on endless holds until I hung up. Each time we call, they put us on hold and tell us they are researching out payments, This hamster wheel has been going on for OVER 6mths. They have now filed for foreclosure!

  ServBank is a horrible mortgage lender relying on deception and the fraudulent use of its clients funds without consent. I have been actively trying to complete a recast for over two months now. My first attempt was in July where I was informed the required paperwork would be coming in the mail. After a month of not receiving the documents, I called to check on the status only to be told the agent never submitted the request. The lump sum for the recast was wired to ServBank at which time ServBank utilized a portion of those funds to double pay my September mortgage payment and to pay my October mortgage payment 30 days before the due date. I never approved the use of the recast wire to be used for anything other than the recast and even had strict instruction included in the wire on what the funds were for. I called back today asking where the recast paperwork was, again, at which time the agent stated they called me the day before and left me a voice message asking me to confirm if I wanted them to proceed with the recast request. This was a blatant lie because I had no missed calls or voice messages from the previous day. This is my fourth request to get the recast paperwork, they already have my lump sum wired to them and they continue to be dishonest in an effort to continue receiving my payments. To level set, the recast I am trying to process with reduce my principle by 88.6% and somehow ServBank can't seem to get the request setup in their system let alone process it. I have already submitted a claim to the **** and my state consumer protection office.If you are unlucky enough to have ServBank as your mortgage lender, I highly recommend calling them every day to check on any requests you have to make with them.

  I am forever grateful that we found *********************** as first time home buyers. She made us feel confident in our decisions and took so much of the overwhelm out of the process for us. She was reliable, honest and available throughout and I don't think we could've asked for a better partner in our journey. I will 100% be a repeat customer because of her.

  My husband and I want to say how much we appreciate all of the work that *************************** did for us! In the beginning of our refi we were told there was nothing that would work for us, but ****** went above and beyond to find a way to help us! He and his team at Allied First Bank are helping us be able to get back on track financially so we can live a much easier without the financial strain! *************************** is amazing!
