5 starsCarmody Construction is nothing but professional, friendly and at the top of their profession. We had storm damage to the roof and siding and from the start **** ******* and **** ********** when toe to toe with the insurance company to get what we had coming to make the repairs from the damage and after 8 months of fighting they got it approved. Now the construction begins and now the company really shines. The construction team is the best in the industry. ***** **********, ******* *****, **** *********, *** Carmody and **** ******* and the rest of the team were fantastic. They made sure all the repairs were done correctly and they always cleaned up after they were done. Now we are having some additional inside work done inside and looking great and they will be getting all of our work. The house looks FANTASTIC. GREAT JOB CARMODY !!! Thanks again *** and ***** ****

5 starsWe had Carmody replace our existing bath tub shower enclosure with a walk in shower. **** was very helpful in determining the work that needed to be done and giving us several options as well as a choice of finishes. . Our installer ***** did a great job with the installation and the tile work. He even suggested some changes that made the job much nicer that we had hoped for. He was very mindful of protection the flooring and other finished in our home. He cleaned up the job site each night before and let us know when he would return the next day. The job came in at the original bid amount and we are very please. I would defiantly recommend Carmody to anyone who has a home improvement project .Carmody Construction

5 starsAfter some storms came through the area, we noticed some missing shingles and a few shingle tabs that had been lifted from the high winds. We gave Carmody a call and talked with ****. We arranged an appointment for Carmody to come out and evaluate our roof the following week.**** sat down and talked with us about what he would be doing: what he would be looking for, the kind of repairs that are possible, what repairs aren't possible, at what point we might want to consider a roof replacement and if it would make sense to pursue a claim through our homeowner's insurance.**** then spent about 40 minutes examining the roof and told us we didn't need a roof replacement or even a partial replacement (one slope)... A follow up appointment was scheduled, after **** had a chance to locate similar looking shingles. While **** couldn't find a match for shingles that are 16 years old, he found a match that is so close, when viewed from the sidewalk, you can't even tell they are different! That says a lot about the care taken to not just replace some missing shingles, but to make sure it was a job that looked good in addition to being done properly.We've had storm chasers come through numerous times trying to get roofing jobs... and I have video of one who went on our roof and deliberately damaged my shingles, then wanted to know why I didn't give him the job! I then watched as that roofer put their signs in front of a half dozen yards and heard later from most of those homeowners how bad a job was done, and how they couldn't reach the roofer when repairs to their newly installed roof needed to be done weeks later as water leaked into their garages and other spaces.Don't trust your home to roofer's who "swoop" in to give you a "free" roof. They are not worth the risk. Carmody was professional, friendly and did a good job on something small. They proved to me they deserve my business when I need a new roof because they do quality work.Carmody Construction

5 stars**** and ***** were great to work with as far as being informative and knowledgeable. **** coordinated materials and the crew who did a fabulous job on the roof. They did the little details like painting the vent pipe and furnace stack! They cleaned up to perfection. The cost more affordable than 3 quotes and the work was perfection. I would recommend Carmody to anyone.
