      I had enrolled my daughter at the driving school call Drive Home Safe. We had sent my son there and he had a great experience, so we decided to send my daughter. As my daughter was finishing up her classroom seasons, Drive Home Safe sold to Top Driver. When it was time to schedule for the *** (behind the wheel) sessions, Top Driver said you have to schedule online. There were no dates available. There is a disclaimer on their website that dates for ***s would be released on the second Wednesday at 11:00 am for the following month. When I tried to do so, everything was booked. I did this for 3 months. After having continued issues, I called and said that I would like my money refunded so I can take my daughter to another school to have her get the *** done. They told me to send an email. I sent an email and was told that a refund would not be approved and I was to call the first week in April. Upon calling, I again asked for a refund. The person on the phone said that my request had gone up as high as it goes and there will be no refund. When I asked why, I was told because they can fulfill their end of the deal. I said no they cant because every time I try to schedule theres nothing available. She said there was nothing she can do and for me to send another email. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold. She returned to the call and said she would transfer me but I will probably have to leave a message. I left a message and havent gotten a reply. I explained that Ive been in customer service for 25+ years and would never deny a customer their money back if they werent happy. My contract was with Drive Home Safe not Top Driver. Please help with a resolution. Thank you, *************************************

      My daughter is a student at the Drive Home Safe Location in ******, **. Student is required to log into the school's portal to schedule drives. She has been logging in just about every day since she received her permit (March 2022) for drives. To date she has only been able to complete two drives due to lack of availability on the school's website, NOT due to her negligence. We were informed that since she enrolled with the school on 1/16/2022 for classroom sessions, she is now subject to a $30 fee per remaining drive, or $180 (with 6 remaining drives total). We actually paid for the level of drives where would be picked up at our home and/or school due to our work schedules -- This level of service was terminated without notice however funds were not refunded. No complaint was logged at that time. The school has been purchased by Top Drive. However, the ADDITIONAL fees they attempted to impose for their own negligence are unacceptable. The new owners have an obligation to fulfill the promised services rendered to the customers.I requested the following resolution from the school:- Schedule my daughter's 6 remaining drives to be completed by mid-March to fit her schedule -NOT RESOLVED - A call to customer service stated that there are NO *********************** available for February, and I am to call every day to find openings. They might allow an extra drive in March, but not what is still remaining on her contract. The business does not have the capacity to accommodate the agreed upon services rendered & putting the burden for completion on the clients instead of building the appropriate capacity to fulfill their obligations.- Waive the $180 fee - School accommodated/resolved The previous location manager was the one who was able to waive the fees and tried to make things right, however customer service is NOT attempting to resolve the issue and is indifferent.

      This company advertises itself as providing over the road driving lessons for teenagers. I paid over $719.00 for driving lessons but each time I tried to schedule the lessons, there was none offered. My son only obtained 2 driving lessons out of 10. When I talked to the company, they tried to extort $240 from me to get the lessons. Many other customers on Yelp are having the same problem. This company is committing fraud and larceny and I want a full refund and a criminal investigation. See documents attached.
