    11/8/2023 I had Garay out to give an estimate for a new driveway. At that time ******* measured the distance that would be needed by taking a measurement of the distance it took me to back out of my old garage. I paid $9000.00 to have a new driveway installed. The contract states total square footage as 2100 sq ft. After paving was complete I discovered the apron to the garage was not big enough to allow me to pull out of the drive without having to maneuver back and forth several times. I contacted ******* Garay on 11/13/23 to let him know there was a problem. He informed me it would be an additional charge of $1800.00. I was told the additional paving would not be done until spring. On 3/30/2024 I contacted ******* re seal coating as well as the additional paving and let him know that I had measured the drive he installed and it was only 1729 sq ft. I asked what could be done. The reply was that he'd have to measure himself. Since 3/30 he has promised to come out at least 6 times and has never shown up or called to say he couldn't make it. The last texts sent and received were on 6/1 with a promise that he would do the work within a couple weeks. He has not come to measure and review the work to be done.
