    On August 6, 2024, Franzen Heating and Cooling installed a new heat pump (Trane XR 4TWR5060N1000AA) and a furnace (Trane S9V2D120U5) at my home. After the installation was completed, I made payment via check.I requested a receipt for the installation via text message on August 8 and again on August 12, but I did not receive a response. On August 14, I contacted your company using the Contact Us form on your website but did not receive a reply. On August 19, I called the phone number on your website ************** but received no answer. Shortly after my call, someone returned my call. During that conversation, I explained that I still needed the receipt. The person I spoke with confirmed the installation address, and I confirmed my email address. He assured me that the receipt would be sent shortly. I have still not yet received it. On August 24, 2024, I sent an email requesting the receipt to *************************************** No reply.This receipt is essential for submitting documentation for potential tax credits or rebates.
