    I brought my car ***** equinox to my guys automotive repair August 5th 2022. Was dropped off by tow truck I picked it up August 9, 2022. The windows were left open I now have mold starting in my car and water in my door I took pictures of. And when I called the man on the phone told me I was calling ******** and what do i want them to do about it.

    customers car was towed in Friday august 5th in the late afternoon. was dropped in our lot and keys were brought in. we did not look at vehicle and repair until Monday august 8th. we did not put windows down they were down when tow truck dropped vehicle. Unfortunately it did rain over the weekend. we diagnosed and repaired shift cable on Monday august 8th and customer picked up vehicle on august ***** couple hours after picking up vehicle customer called and said windows were left down  we offered for her to come back and we would clean up any water the best we could and told her we never touched the windows  she stated she had rolled windows down before tow truck picked it up and that she didn't  have time to come back for us to clean it. we asked what did she want us to do and she got an attitude and said she would just call better business bureau. seemed to us she was just trying to complain and get money back. we truly don't feel as though it was our fault it rained and the windows were down. we tried to offer solution and it just wasn't good enough

    ************************* The car was towed on the 5th and picked up on the 9th. How ever the business called me and stated what was wrong on the 6th so they were in the vehicle prior to the rain and could've easily put the windows up. The part that they left out was the man in the back round saying I was calling ********. Which is not even close to ok for a business. I never asked for my money back never wanted it back the repair was done I wanted a simple apology. No money involved and an apology for calling me a b****
