    I purchased a 2022 Toyota Tacoma in may and less than 3 months the paint is peeling, another spot you Can she black rubber from thin paint.I also purchased $1000.00 ceramic coating to protecting from chips, ect. There is a small chip that they say They wont cover, not what the warranty says. No one will return my calls and blaming Toyota and this company they hired to put the coating on,I paid Bill Walsh Toyota not this third party company.I purchased I new vehicle with extra protection and they wont honor their warranty and repair my Vehicle. I have the contract I can upload if need be.

    He has two very small paint defects on fender flares. They are both a millimeter in size. Toyota rejected the claim. In addition he has a rock chip in driver rear  flare the size of a *****. ********* denied claim as a road hazard.He has an appointment this Tuesday at body shop we are paying.

    I am rejecting this response because:Their claim that the rock chip is the size of a ***** is incorrect, its the size of a ball point pen. I paid $1000.00 extra for graphen/ ceramic coating that was guaranteed for years only lasted 3 months on a brand new car. Is their 3rd party contractor going to guarantee future claims or refund my $1000.00 since they denied a legit claim?

    I am rejecting this response because: It looks worse now than It did before. There is overspray paint on the bed cover to the truck. I just want want what  I purchased. The $1000.00 car wash I bought is supposed to cover paint over spray  which should have been addressed before I picked up the vehicle.
