I asked him to get someone to put it up on the rack and look at it.A second puts it up on the rack and says, "This is how it was when you brought it in". "It needs a new muffler, the brake line is leaking, it's leaking transmission fluid. It's not road-worthy."****, the manager grabs a mechanic and restarts my truck and looks under the hood. I start recording on my phone. **** says, "What do you want us to do? This is how you brought it in. All we did was change your oil. You can get a better video if you turn your phone the other way."I drive my truck 8 blocks until it dies in the middle of the road. I have it towed to my mechanic.I drove a fully-functioning vehicle to Casey Automotive with no leaking fluids and no check-engine light and requested an oil change. When I left, I had to have it towed to my real mechanic and the check engine light is on.

    Hello, I am just responding to a complaint from a **************************** # ******** from 4-15-23.
    He came into our store for automotive service and at first was not happy and we had him come back again and we took care of him and he left totally happy with his services . I would like to please close out this complaint  with the BBB . Please reach out to me if there are any other issues . I would love to know when this complaint has been resolved and closed is possible.
