    Ordered a bat 1 month ago First I paid for 2 day shipping in which it has been a month since I placed my order When I emailed them they wouldnt address the 2 day shipping charge or refund it and said the bat would be shipped in ***** days. So obviously still no bat and no shipping notification and when i email, ******** message and call and text its with with no response. Emailed on 2/17 with no response and also today with no response.So a month and still no bat and no customer service. Their website even says open 24/7 Every time I call it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail. Its not even a business type voicemail.

    Order has been shipped as of 2/27 and should be delivered as of Thursday 3/29.  UPS Tracking 1Z1R00520391983025.

    There was a delay due to personal issues impacting daily function of the business that were communicated to the customer. ******** standard for new bats being crafted is nearly a month to 6 weeks. We will update the language on our website to reflect that.  The product has been shipped and the customer will receive it within the day.
