Transaction date: 08/19 and 08/20. Critter Control was called to help with a flies in my Sister's house. ***** suggested we call them. Critter Control was to go in the Crawlspace and see if there were any dead animals that could be causing the large amount of flies in house. Sales *** stated there would be no problem getting one of their Techs to go in the small opening to the crawlspace. First Tech arrives, he is too tall so all he does is spray for flies. Second Tech comes the next day, he too cannot enter the crawlspace. Second Tech has a camera, he uses that to view A PORTION of the crawlspace but missed other areas. Did not detect any dead animals, treated for flies again. Service agreement clearly states THEY WILL ALSO BE INSPECTING THE WHOLE CRAWLSPACE FOR ANY DEAD ANIMALS. This was besides treating for flies. My Sister and I feel that the full price of $1,192 should not be charged since they NEVER entered the crawlspace. She owes them for spraying/treating for flies but not for viewing the crawlspace. I reached out to the Sales ***, who went to the Supervisor and was told no refund or partial credit will be issues since THEY TREATED FOR FLIES. But that's all they did, they did not enter the crawlspace as discussed in the contract, in person with the Sales ***, etc. Sales *** told us many things - some dead animals don't give off a smell but both Techs said there would have been a smell in the house if there were a dead animal in crawlspace. Sales *** said TWO Techs were coming at one time, with hazmat suits and respirators, instead it was one Tech on two different days, no hazmat suits or respirators either. Sales *** at first said he didn't think he could help my Sister, came to house, took pictures of small opening to crawlspace, reviewed with Supervisor and BOTH said it was doable to get in the crawlspace and inspect.
