    ****** and I own this building and I called Home warranty to put in a work order for my sink in bathroom. On March 24th ***** ****** came out to take a look, he told me that he will have to return, because he had to put a bigger hole in the wall to get to the pipe. On April 1st, ***** can and cut a bigger hole after he took the nut off the pipe and added an extension. I was charged ****** for it. I believe I was scammed, because our deductible is ******. I called the warranty company 7 times and nothing has been done about the over charged. I keep asking for my invoice with my name and what was fixed and they keep sending it with my sister name and not me who paid the ******. The job was not a ****** job.

    Consumer filed a home warranty claim in which we responded to. Claim was denied through their coverage by the warranty plan and customer was given a proposal to have them item repaired. Customer agreed to have the item fixed at the price that was discussed of $650. Work was performed and completed I which the customer has no complaint about. Customer paid the agreed upon $650 after work was done as well. We give pricing up front and dont collect a dollar until work has been completed to the customers satisfaction as well. The customer has no complaints about the work, just decided 2 weeks after the fact that she didnt like the price she paid. We pulled no scam here, everything was completely transparent and again no money as collected until after the sink drain was fixed and amount never changed from original estimate. Customer had time to get other estimates as well. Please let us know if there is any other information we can provide as we value our customers dearly.

    I am rejecting this response because: because if they denied access it was to much, so you can close the case, but I am taking both parties to court.
