  MPerial Asset Management is dangerous, dishonest, and completely unfit to manage property.They authorized unauthorized, unlicensed, and unpermitted work for my condo unit without notifying me, without getting my approval, and without disclosing who they hired. The so-called contractor wasnt even licensed in HVAC and wasnt registered to work in the Village of ********. This wasnt a mistake this was blatant, willful negligence.Even after I submitted a legitimate quote from a licensed professional, MPerial ignored it and shoved through an $800 bill using someone unqualified then stuck me with the cost of work I never agreed to. The invoice wasnt even addressed to me was billed to MPerial and included work done for other units yet MPerial made ME pay. I received:No estimate No credentials No permit No explanation No accountability ************ violated my homeowner rights, denied me the right to hire a licensed contractor, demanded access to my unit on 20-minutes notice, and left me dealing with damage, lost work time, and financial loss all while refusing to answer emails or take responsibility.MPerial Asset Management operates with zero ethics, zero transparency, and zero regard for legality or human decency.This association shows clear favoritism to certain owners and regularly applies unjust and inconsistent enforcement of rules. I urge others to avoid working with this management company and to be extremely cautious before purchasing a unit here. They cut corners, lie by omission, break laws, and push the bill on innocent homeowners. MPerial is not just incompetent they are a liability.If youre considering this company to manage your property or considering purchasing a condo they manage, think again.
