1 starAfter a windstorm, the valance blew out of the holder. I have called five times ( 11/11, 11/13, 11/15, 11/18, 12/6) to request service to re-install the valance. Each time the answering service records my information and promises someone will call me back. No one from this company has called.Review fromFelicia G

No communication with the company after several attempts. I currently own one of their retractable awnings. I have been calling since June to have someone come out for a repair. I have made many requests for a call back, but no one has called me back. Theyve taken my information down each time, but not one person has taken the time to respond. They have a call service so you cant even talk to an employee. If this is how they deal with long standing customers who have referred family members to them, I would NOT use them! Terrible customer service!
