    **** is a fiduciary which makes his business practices even more reckless. He advises based on the commissions he will receive, not in the client's best interest. As the other reviews state, he has lead clients to invest in multiple ponzi schemes. My father was one of his victims and we had agreed on an out-of-court settlement only for **** to bail on the agreement days before the first installment payment was to be made. **** is in this business for himself and himself only. Go to a big firm that has ********** investments rather than waste your time here with ****. He's an embarrassment to the industry.Fiduciary is a legally defined term. Fiduciaries are expected to exercise a duty of care and a duty of loyalty to clients, and as a result, are held to the highest standard of conduct. Fiduciaries have a bond of trust with another person (called the beneficiary or principal) and have a legal obligation to act for the beneficiarys benefit not their own.

    I lost $125k because *************************** had me invested in a ponzi scheme.

    Had my parents invest in 2 ponzu schemes. Lost my parents 1.5 million dollars which was 75 percent of there retirement. Conventionally his insurance does not cover unregistered securities which is what he invested my parents money in. I hope he lives a horrible life and think every day how he ruined my family.
