      Zero stars for this office. A doctor should provide health care to the patient. This office fails every time to offer any guidance or support to the patient. I have had two appointments where the doctor cancels on the day of the appointment and then has me see the nurse practitioner. When lab work is done they never call with the results and then I have to track down the results myself. When I ask if the doctor can call me back to go over the results the office staff says no - "they are too busy". I am not sure what the doctor is busy with if they never see or call the patient back. I am not entirely sure the doctor is even qualified as I have never met them face to face.

      Hello, we sincerely apologize that you feel our practice has not met your expectations. Patient care is our priority, I have reviewed your chart thoroughly and submitting an unbiased response. After reviewing, I have seen that there are 0 cancelled and 1 rescheduled appointment on 10/31/22. I was also able to see that you did have face to face encounter with ************** on 3/14/23 and a Televist with **************************** on 1/4/23. Our nurse practitioners carry a full practice authority license where they can independently see a patient without a provider and this license allows them to have a solo practice based on their experience. However, we do accommodate every patient to see a MD to help them feel comfortable.


      Also, when labs are completed with sites that do not integrate, the information does not flow into the system. We are then dependent on the lab to fax or have to call the lab to fax. Which was the case in your situation. 


      When labs are normal, the doctor will have staff call and notify. In your case, labs were completed 05/01/23 and we notified on 5/18/23 this dragged due to not having integration access to the labs in a timely manner. When we did receive the labs and were reviewed, you were notified with a call but a MD call was requested due to additional concerns you had. Therefore, our staff advised you to come into the office for a visit. 


      We understand that it becomes difficult for patients to come again to the office but due to liability, any new concerns should be properly documented to prevent loss of health data that can be missed or failed documentation if/when provided over the phone.


      We again apologize that our service has not met with your expectations and we are making changes on how we can improve with the concerns that you have brought up.  Suggestions on closing the loop of labs have been provided and we will do our best on implementing a better process when there is loss of integration with labs in the area.

      Problems with getting call back, still haven't filed my pain meds this is a common problems with the changing of doctors.So none of my meds filled and called there's at everyday for 2 weeks still 5 days passed. Can't recommend!
