    Hello,During January 2023 I decided to get braces for my lower teeth to straighten them. I was informed about the process of the procedure by the doctor but, he did not inform how it would effect my upper teeth once the procedure was complete. I tried several times to discuss a resolution during follow up visits due to my upper teeth being effected by the lower braces. However, he has refused to discuss the issue or try to resolve it. I tried to discuss it with him today at an appointment and he refused my request and walked away from me to avoid the conversation. I would appreciate more professionalism in resolving my issue.
