the company is full of scam , this is the third time they towed my car they are creating excuses , first time alleged my sticker was displayed on the driver side instead of the passenger side , this time they towed my car for the reason stating my tag is expired , well I had ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** the policy that I must have a valid tag they only showed me the policy that is showing my sticker must be valid and attached to the passenger side this is my second time to file a complaint against them through better business bureau and the owner of the company was afraid to give me my car key cause he knows he is manipulating the system , the large extend of tenants are a victim to this towing company because they are not transparent about the policy , they know it and the management company know they are a scam and tow people cars with no valid reason , they must warn the tenant about towing if he has expired tag before they tow it with no reason

Oh, where to start with this one? First off, we absolutely did provide parking rules and regulations, both directly from us and through the management company. As for the tag situation, your vehicle's license plates expired on 11/30/2024 & your vehicle was impounded 12/31/2024. So, yeah, it's a bit hard to ignore that little detail, no matter how much extra time you wish you had to fix your catalytic converter. The rules are clear: expired tags = tow. Simple.
As for your complaint about the sticker, let's not forget that your parking permit was, indeed, improperly displayed on the drivers sidea clear violation of our parking guidelines. So, lets be real, we didnt invent these policies just for fun; theyve been consistently communicated to you.
And to top it off, NO, youre not getting a refund. You didnt follow the rules, and we wont apologize for enforcing them. Maybe next time, get those tags renewed before the car gets towed. What a novel idea!

I am writing to formally request a refund of the towing fee incurred on December 10, 2023, due to what I believe to be an unfair and improper towing of my vehicle. On the evening of December 10, 2023, at approximately 10:00 p.m., I parked my vehicle in the designated area where I reside. As required, I placed a valid parking permit on my car, which is good for 24 hours. Unfortunately, I mistakenly wrote the expiration date as December 20th instead of December 11th. However, the start date on the permit clearly indicated December 10th, proving that I parked the car on the correct day.Despite this minor clerical error regarding the expiration date, my vehicle was towed later that same evening. Given that the parking permit is valid for 24 hours, it is both unfair and unreasonable that my vehicle was removed only a few hours after I parked. The permit clearly demonstrated that I had not exceeded the permitted ******* support my claim, I will be submitting a copy of the parking permit showing the accurate start date of December 10th. I kindly request that you review this situation and reimburse me for the towing fee, as the towing of my car under these circumstances was unjustified.Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to resolving this matter promptly and fairly. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any additional information or documentation.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the towing of your vehicle on December 10, 2023. After reviewing the details of your case, we would like to clarify a few important points.
Firstly, the parking permit issued is valid for a maximum of 12 hours, not 24 hours as you mentioned. The permit's validity period is clearly outlined at the time of issuance and on the permit itself.  The ******************* does NOT extend this time-frame beyond the designated 12-hour limit. While we understand,as you stated, there was a clerical error with the expiration date, this does not alter the fact that the permit was valid for only 12 hours.
Additionally, it appears you are acknowledging your own fault in the situation by recognizing the mistake made in marking the expiration date. As a result, the violation of the parking rules and regulations falls under your responsibility. Due to this, we regret to inform you that no refund can be issued for the towing fee.  PLEASE READ THE PERMIT THOROUGHLY.  It is documented on every single permit give by management.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the property management's parking rules and regulations. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Complaint: 22699269

I am rejecting this response because:

Thank you for your response and for reviewing my initial request regarding the towing of my vehicle on December 10, 2023. I appreciate the clarification regarding the 12-hour validity period of the parking permit. However, I must reiterate that my car was towed within the valid 12-hour timeframe of the permit, which makes this towing action unjustified.
As mentioned in my original email, I parked my car on December 10, 2023, at approximately 10:00 p.m. The towing occurred on December 11, 2023, at 1:56 a.m. This time frame is well within the 12-hour validity period of the parking permit issued, which would have expired at 10:00 a.m. on December 11, 2023.
The clerical error on the expiration date (December 20th instead of December 11th) does not change the fact that the start date of the permit, December 10, 2023, and the towing time fall squarely within the permits 12-hour validity period. I have already submitted the parking permit as supporting evidence, which clearly demonstrates that the vehicle was towed unjustly.
I kindly request that you re-review the circumstances surrounding this matter. It is evident that the towing company acted prematurely and outside of the parking rules you outlined. Given this, I believe it is only fair that the towing fee be reimbursed.
Please feel free to contact me if additional documentation or clarification is needed. I look forward to your prompt and fair resolution of this matter.
Thank you for your time and attention.

    Sincerely,

******************* rules clearly state, "Visitors must have a visitor parking permit displayed and properly filled out with the expiration time and date between the hours of 9:00p.m. - 9:00a.m. to avoid towing". SEE ATTACHED RULES AND REGULATIONS. You wrote the the dates for 10 days on a 12 Hour permit. The impound was justified by the management company and the parking rules and regulations.  There will be NO REFUND.  We are closing this case on our end.

    Complaint: 22699269

I am rejecting this response because:

Thank you for your response and for providing the attached rules and regulations. While I understand the parking rules, I believe the towing of my vehicle was unfair in this instance due to a genuine clerical mistake that did not violate the intent of the permit policy.
The start date on my permit was correctly filled out as December 10th, which clearly showed that I parked the vehicle on the same day. The expiration time error was an honest mistake, and since my car was towed the same evening, it was still within the allowed 12-hour period.
Given this, I kindly request that you reconsider your decision, as the towing was not warranted under these specific circumstances. I am simply asking for a fair resolution and a refund of the towing fee.
Thank you for your time and understanding. I hope we can come to an amicable resolution.

    Sincerely,

We understand how inconvenient and stressful these situations can be, and we want to clarify a few points for you.
Towing Policies and Rates: The rules and regulations regarding parking, including towing, are set by the property management company. We are responsible for enforcing these policies but do not have control over the specific guidelines that are determined by the property manager.

The towing fees are set by the State of Illinois, and we are obligated to follow the established rates as outlined in ******** law. We understand that these fees can seem high, but they are in line with state regulations.

Customer Service: Regarding your experience with our manager, we sincerely apologize if you felt that your concerns were not addressed in a respectful manner. Our goal is to provide professional and courteous service, and we take your feedback seriously. We will review the situation with our team to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve.

Resolving the Issue: While we cannot alter the towing charges or the regulations surrounding them, we are more than happy to assist with any additional questions or concerns you may have. If there are specific details about your situation that need further attention, we would be glad to review them and help you understand the process.

We take management parking rules seriously since the first night you guys towed both of our moving vehicles even though i stood in front of one of your employees with my keys begging to let my car go. He proceeded to take my vehicle so carelessly. Your employees are the rudest people i have ever encountered in a business, so no you dont take customer service seriously. I told ***** i was going to put in a complaint with the BBB against you guys and he did not care and hung up.

We take your concerns seriously and would like to clarify the situation.
First, we want to assure you that we have security cameras both in our trucks and at our impound yard. These cameras provide a record of all activities, including the handling of vehicles. There is a discrepancy regarding your claim, these records can be reviewed to verify the facts by our staff.
Regarding your request for a refund, we have thoroughly reviewed the situation and, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund. Our policies are clearly outlined at the time of service, and the charges applied were in accordance with those policies and the State of Illinois.
We also understand that your experience was frustrating, and we regret that you felt the interaction with our staff did not meet your expectations. We are committed to improving customer service and will review your feedback with our team to ensure better communication moving forward.

I dont know what you having cameras all over your business has to do with my situation. I would hope that you would have cameras all over your business for everyones sake. Again, what you guys do is completely unethical. Obviously, you have to follow the state of Illinois rules, or you would not be in business so I dont know why you keep mentioning the state of ********. I have provided you the receipt of when I purchased the parking permit so again my points stands that you and your staff saying the pass was reused is incorrect. Your company is getting away with too much and it has got to stop. At this point you guys are just stealing peoples money in this economy that people do not have.

On January 19, ****, Alpha Carriers towed my vehicle. I asked why was it towed. I was told my vehicle was double parked. I asked how could you tell it was double parked when there is snow on the ground? He said there was no snow at that time. My vehicle was parked around 12:30 a.m. and I was towed around 1:35 a.m. I'm pretty sure there was no heat wave during that time that melted the snow in the parking lot. There was still snow on the ground around 7:00am when I discovered my vehicle was missing. I was not provided with a picture of my parked vehicle before it was towed.

The claimant is well aware of the parking rules set forth buy the property management company. Not only did the property management company give a copy of the parking regulation to every *****, they have it posted in every entryway of the complex.  This persons vehicle was impounded for not having a visible parking permit.  The parking rules thoroughly explain "the parking permit must be placed on the windshield in the lower right quadrant".  All photos are attached along with the strict parking rules of the property management company and the ************** Tow Record.   The property management company also has changed their parking permits earlier this year.  They still have the signs posted on the property explaining that every ***** needs to purchase the NEW PARKING PERMITS before July 31st 2023 to avoid any issues.  We are hired to enforce the strict parking rules by the property management.  We work with 100% integrity and treat everyone with respect.  The claims made by this person are false.  All documents are attached.

My car was towed from my friends apartment while I was staying there. For not having a visible parking permit which I did have but not hanging from the rear view mirror. I went to pay for my car so I can get it out of the tow yard. When I drove it out of the yard I inspected the car and found damage on the rear bumper and diffuser of the car. I explained to the worker that theres damage from the tow. The damage from the improper handling of my car was my rear bumper came loose on the sides from the tabs being broken and was sagging, the rear diffuser and lower carbon fiber valence underneath my bumper were both damaged. The aluminum rear diffuser was bent in all sorts of different directions and most of the bolts were broken off so it was hanging barely. But they zip tied it around my exhaust so it could be held up and not dragging on the ground. The carbon fiber valence was broken and cracked. There was even some of my paint in my wheel arch that was messed up since there was no clear coat left. So the employee working at the time said to come in the morning at 9am since thats when the manager comes in. So I arrived at the tow yard at 9:10am. I rang the doorbell no answer so I gave them a ring. The manager said hed be there in a hour so I decided to grab some breakfast with my ***** but as I was leaving the tow yards front lot my rear bumper which was hanging for its life came off and was completely hanging off the only thing holding it somewhat on was the zip tie that the placed to hold up the bent diffuser. After looking at the damage the manager came out of the office even though he said he was a hour away. I told him he said it was damaged prior towing but when chatting with him more he said if a car was damaged they would take it on a flatbed truck but they towed it in a dolly it says in the report. When I asked for pictures of the car prior the towing he only showed the front of the car but when I asked for a picture of the rear he wouldnt show me.

This person is stating damage on his vehicle WE DID NOT DO.. Attached are photos of the vehicle that are timestamped while in our facility.  He came back the next day and started removing his bumper on our property and we could not understand why he would do that.  He even asked for tools to remove the bumper when it was NOT hanging off of his vehicle, as he stated.  He also stated the bumper DID have damage due to whatever body shop he used to install it.   We have video footage of him removing his bumper on our property.  We documented the damage on his vehicle on the tow report prior to the tow. This person is trying to put the blame on us when we DID NOT DAMAGE HIS VEHICLE.  WE are not taking responsibility for the persons vehicle.
