  Potential buyer beware, their fine print at the very bottom of their vehicle listings shows a hidden prep fee of 1295. They are technically not violating Illinois dealer or *** guidelines because it is disclosed at the very bottom of their page. However they ARE violating items because they advertise their cars on ******** marketplace WITHOUT disclosing the prep fees that are in their disclaimers on their main website.Also they are charging automatically a out of state $680 fee for all out of state customers which from what I can tell is also a violation of either *** or Illinois dealer guidelines.

  I had an incredibly upsetting and offensive experience with Guaranteed Motors in ***********, **. During my interactions, an employee named our paperwork with a vile slurcarpet munchersolely because we are a l****** couple. After already resending the paperwork 6 times due to the incorrect legal name being on it. This wasnt just unprofessionalit was blatantly homophobic, degrading, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to hate speech, especially in a place of business. I reached out to buy a car, not to be harassed for who I am.If this is how Guaranteed Motors allows its staff to treat people, particularly members of the ***************** then I strongly advise others to stay far away. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously by issuing an apology, disciplining the staff involved, and implementing anti-discrimination and sensitivity training.Until real changes are made, this is not a safe or welcoming business.

  WHATEVER you do don't buy a car from AJ... Especially if your buying a car online. He lies to you about the car being fully inspected.. ** told me that car passed a full inspection and the only thing they found that car needed was new mirror caps and they would order them and send them to my house never received a tracking number or anything.. Then the car shows up at my house with bad tires that need to be replaced immediately can't even drive the car without new tires and an alignment..The cost of tires is 826 dollars and another 150 for the alignment.. These guys are scammers they will just give you the run around please whatever you do DONT buy from this dealership.. We need to call them a scammership not a dealership... Again PLEASE DONT BUY ANY *** FROM AJ ONLINE OR THE DEALERSHIP LOOK AT THE *** YOUSELF AND DONT TRUST THEIR INSPECTION PROCESS.. They will lie to you about it. I asked to talk to AJs boss about the *** inspection and he told No that it doesn't work that way... Who ever is thinking about buying a car from these guys please read the reviews all the one star reviews are true... If I could upload pictures of these tires i would have and you would be very upset knowing you just paid 19 Grand for a car that supposedly don't anything ,but now it needs tires immediately can't even drive it... Watch out for their online antics it's all a lie....

  I bought a car on December 15th, 2023 and still can't title the car. They can't seem to process the title with the company they hired to process their titles. ************* (the lien holder) wants to know when we are going to title it in our name. When I call the dealership I'm told the person that processes the title info isn't there. My Temporary title is going to expire in about 3 weeks. Paying insurance on a vehicle that I was going to sell but can't because the one I bought I can't get a title for. Also, I discovered that they did not take care of the recall on the gas tank after they told me it was done. I found this out when I took it to the ***** Dealer in *************, ******** to get 2 ignition keys made. *************'s ***** Dealership made the repairs for the gas tank straps. Fortunately, it could be repaired or ***** would not have let us take it back.

  DO NOT BUY HERE! I worked with ***** and was guaranteed multiple times that the car I was buying had no issues. I asked many times if there were chips, scratches, dents, etc, and was told no. Arrived from the airport to see that there is well over $5000 in paint issues alone. Oh, and the front bumper was being held on by a zip tie. The grill was being held together with electrical tape. ***** told me 15 minutes before I arrived that he would not be there and that someone else could help me. Only to find that person was not there either. Now off to deposit my downpayment check, only hoping that it is a good check. Oh, and now we just found out after arriving that there is fraud on my account. This place was the only place I gave that card to recently. Please note that this is also a very sketchy neighborhood. Was told by the Uber driver that we really shouldn't be there alone. He was nice enough to wait a but to make sure we were ok.

  DO NOT GO HERE! I found out through the loan servicer a month after driving off that I had not been approved for the car. I contacted the dealership and he said he would call me back, he ran my credit 100 more times without my permission. I got several letters in the mail through each servicer they tried saying they denied the loan yet these people hung up the phone in me and my mother's face and refused to make arrangements to simply take the car back and give me back my down payment. I asked them several times to no longer run my credit and he still kept running my credit this time knowing it would only cause more damage. I don't have any account number or place to pay my loan. He is now trying to say just pay them the money directly, I do not trust this place to give them any money over the phone or "mail" like he is now requesting when I have several letters saying I do not have a loan with them. He is now threatening to send the repo man when I don't even have official paperwork for whom I am supposed to pay or an amount. They are answering the phone very unprofessionally when they do answer saying "thank you for calling *************" or not answering at all. I recorded a conversation where I was trying to get the police on the line and he ***** the general manager said "you are full of shit" and just refused to talk civilly. This was the biggest mistake and now I have to get a lawyer. Not to mention the check engine light came on in the car in less than ************************************************* and my children after all the money I put down. BUYER BE WARE STAY AWAY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
