      This place should not be open for business. I had a baby shower 11/13 and it was the most horrible experience and beyond embarrassing. Upon my event starting at 6pm I received a call from the owner at 5:15 pm stating that the customer that had an event before me had broken the toilet and if I wanted TO CANCEL she would give me a full refund. It was very much a HUGE INCONVENIENCE because I was coming from another state to have my event. Because I come so far and spent so much money and had so many ppl coming from so far I agreed to just go on with it anyway. Not one time did she try to accommodate me for going along with a broken toilet. But when I arrived I realized the toilet was the very least of my concern. The entry door was broken the place was filthy the tile were broken and coming up the walls were dirty and the bathroom ceiling was leaking water and about to cave in. When I contacted the owner she was very unprofessional and unapologetic about the situation, and just kept saying she told me the toilet was not working. But she told me the sink was still available for use. Which was a huge hazard because the sink was under where the ceiling was about to cave in.
