    Business Response

    Date: 11/21/2024

    Greetings.
I will keep this shot, and if decision can not be made with provided information from my side I can prepare a full document with exact timelines screenshots etc.
Initial deal was taken from $5000 to $2000 in a good faith of businesses (This included website and as a bonus quick redesign of pitch deck). Pricing was for website. Please keep this in mind because of continuation.
    1. Complainer did not provide initial deposit at the beginning of the work.
    2. Bonus part (pitchdeck redesign) taken majority of time during this project/work
    3. We used content from existing pitch deck, completed homepage and we were informed that information put on website has nothing to do with the company itself (As the only item provided, we used pitchdeck to put content on the website)
*Pitchdeck is one of the projects for this company, only source we had*
    4. As we saw this was dead end and we would have to start all over, we tried getting more information about the COMPANY so we could put out content and work on the website, but we received quite short answers
    5. We decided that best thing to do is to take screenshots of portions of the website label it, create a table, where complainer can see existing text and type in the table EXACTLY what he wants us to change it with. In screenshots you will see the status of a table, never completed, and also not able to follow clear and simple instructions
    6. Again we are going back-and-forth with pitchdeck where we clearly stated we will do a redesign and its a bonus, focus should be on website and table that was created. We are not responsible for additional changes to pitchdeck, adjustments for print (never mentioned by complainer). Some of the screenshots of how tables are completed and uncompleted
    7. Stop of service of complainer side by their own decision. If being honest, after the conversation that I had with his girlfriend/partner they at the time found someone who would do it for $500, and it out of her saying "If I knew how much you are charging I would never let him do it" or somethings amongst these lines. I will not leave comment on this, you can charge for your project how much you want, I charge four digits some people charge 3 some 5 etc. I do believe I overdeliver value for the price, you can check their current website that was paid as I was told $500, but I don't want to overlook at that.

All in all, focus was on a quick bonus I provided and time was never dedicated to provide us with accurate information and content to put on the website, thing we are paid for to do. I will not mention that I was threatened, after declining to issue a refund on the initial deposit, (I would argue I should've been after the remaining half of the sum, but it was not worth it in hopes we can leave this behind us or whatever) with restraining order due to 'being aggressive' at the in-person meeting with his girlfriend/partner, finding paper-prints from my collage back in ********************** in elevator and in front of elevator on my floor. (we live in same residency and they know my apartment number). Reason why I don't like to mention this is because this is not business matter but personal matter, but also complainer mentioned my immigration which is severely touchy point for me and I do need to protect myself.
Also in all fairness I might've not been most responsive person since I do put in a lot of hours in restaurant, since I've been in *** for 2 years so far.
I would like to put the end to this matter since it is clear that corporation and focus from the other side was on a 'bonus' part we were providing and we can not be responsible for making up things from thin air. We tried it with using content from *********, it sent us backwards since it was a project and not about the company, and when we made it as simple as possible for client to provide us with necessary information again there was no corporation in filling the document that was shared with complainer as you can see on screenshots.
Ps. In the in-person conversation while conducting business talk, complainers representative indirectly painted a picture of putting a bad word about our experience and discouraging others from using my services, which is attack on my business, reputation and myself as a business owner. I did not put any bad words or complaints about them anywhere, besides consulting with 1-2 friends regarding a matter and next steps.

    Kind regards.

I am rejecting this response because: I am writing to request that this ticket remain open due to unresolved issues.

    To summarize:
    • I paid $1,000 for a website, but the website was never delivered.
    • Attached is an invoice for $760.00 from the vendor who stepped in to assist us after our experience with Immersive.
    • Also attached is an invoice for $875.00, which reflects the costs incurred to fix marketing materials that Immersive attempted to upgrade as a "value add."
The revisions to the marketing materials required significant time and effort. Cleaning up a previously approved presentation deck consumed numerous hours, which are fully documented. The upgrade was grossly misrepresented. The total cost of these issues far exceeds the original $1,000 payment.
While we would have accepted an apology, the level of disrespect we have encountered in this situation is unacceptable.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response. The demand for payment should be $1875.00 **********************************************************************************************************************************************
We will pursue this matter until resolved.
