    First, I received a statement dated 6/22/2023 where ENT Center is trying to collect a ******** sequester of $1.09 back from a office visit on 8/9/2019. Yes, four years ago. Providers do not bill patients for the ******** sequester amount. This is the first bill showing the amount due. Second, the bill has added a late fee on 6/22/2023 for $20 for not paying the four year old ******** sequester amount. Third, I mentioned this error to the receptionist when I had a appointment at ENT Center on 6/22/2023. Fourth, the doctor ******************************* that examined me was very inexperienced and very rough when cleaning my ears. I had experience ear pain for three weeks after the visit and my left ear hearing did not improve. Fifth, I had to visit an ENT doctor at another practice to properly clean my left ear and then I was able to hear accurately.I did not have any ear pain when visiting the other ENT doctor during or after the cleaning. Sixth, since I have to pay the ENT doctor at the other practice for properly cleaning my left ear, I want the 20% ******** copay amount removed from ************** bill since the treatment was ineffective and defective causing pain. Seventh, I contacted *********************************, the practice leader, but have not received any response from him or the billing department.
