If Alpha Koncepts needs to cancel a public class, students will give the option of applying fees to a future class or will be issued a full refund.
If students needs to cancel a public class, a partial refund may be issued under specific guidelines (See full refund policy for more information). In some situations no refund may be issued.
There shall be no refunds for private classes.
