    I brought my wife's car in just for an ************ change. After a while, I received a text for urgent additional repair needed. I was told that I needed a new air filter. I had just replaced both the air filter and cabin filter a month prior. I put the date of replacement on the filters when I replaced them. I asked to see the filter and it did NOT have my date markings. This is the 3rd time (strike out this place) I had poor service and customer service. Always have get an attitude here. Always trying to sell something additional that what I came in for. I have 2 other vehicles from other manufacturer dealers and I get a million times better service. I later called the General Manager and he said he would investigate and get back to me, bit that never happened. Service advisors were very rude and received terrible customer service. I will NEVER be back and will NEVER recommend this place.

    ***************************** was the best salesman ever.!!! He made it super easy, we knew what we wanted and he narrowed it down. We told him we ready to leave with a car today. He was so patient even in the rain. He was honest and gave us options before we got to see someone in financing. Awesome guy! We will be back! Ask for *******. ********************* was on the same wavelength, he was through and told up up front our options. We will be back!! as we did in 2013!
