    I thought that what my cat had caught and killed was a rat. But I am NOT an expert. I called this company because my neighbors thought it was a rat. They sent a young man named ***** to my home, and he was very professional. He saw with his own eyes the animal my cat had caught, and being the professional I was paying for, he stated it was a mouse. What a relief! He checked my house for openings and placed baited traps in strategic places inside my home that would cause the mice to go outside. Upon finishing, he called the office to get a quote for what I would be charged. *****, one of the owners apparently, charged me for rat bait, not mouse! Here is what she said to me, and I am quoting her, well, you told me it was a rat so Im gonna charge you for rats! Then she laughed! I am a senior citizen, 52 tall, and I live alone. I had no choice but to pay what they said even though that wasnt what they did for me. They took advantage of an elderly woman! And she laughed about overcharging me! I shouldve even charged for mouse bait in my house, not rat. If I was taller I wouldve thrown ***** out of my house and called the police. These people are dishonest! Do not under any circumstances give them your business. I would do zero stars if I had the ability. The irony is, in my development, we have a lake and were close to Fox River, so there is occasionally a mouse problem. This company couldve had a thousand new customers if Id recommended them.
