    Universal Windows, I bought windows from a salesman who came to my home. The salesman had 3 different grades of windows. I chose the middle grade window, which looked like it was manufactured like other replacement windows I already own and have had no probems with. When the window order arrived, it seemed to me the wrong windows were here to install. However, the installers already had my windows out of my home before the new windows were gotten out of the installers trailer to install. I told the installer they were not what I ordered, however at that point the windows had to be installed and the problem was to handled. This order was for 14 windows. So the windows were installed and universal windows has been horrible to.work with. I was told I had the correct item number installed, however I know the window is not what I ordered when their sales man came to my home and what I chose to purchase. It seems to be a bait and switch on my purchase.I have tried to work with this company and they are NOT willing to work with me on this issue. I was told I had to pay for the windows installed even tho I don't believe they are the correct windows. I have been told the glass in the window is the window - not the complete unit..I have been treated very rudely by their staff when I call in and now I am getting threatening text messages from Univeraal windows.I have had no avail in trying to work with this company on a very large problem and need help!I had contact with ****, who stated they installed the cheapest junk windows and he got an supervisor in the phone wh I le he was at my home who said the problem would be taken care of, however, nothing has been done except for me receiving rude ohine calls from Universal windows. Now I recieving threatening text messages from Universal windows.I told Universal a al windows I w I ukd like the correct windows installed and I will gladly pay my bill of what I owe, however they just want their money and no correction from their company. It's crazy.If the BBB needs any information please feel free to contact me. I just need help with this issue and a very uncooperative replacement window company
