      I've been a customer of conxxus for about a year, but stopped using their service because it wasn't good. a few months ago they installed new fiber optic lines and dug a trench in my backyard to bury a cable they connected to the house where I live right outside my door, and made a mess of the yard. Well, I was on hold for them in this video for over 25 minutes but my device that still has over 6 gigs of free space stopped recording after ten minutes for some reason (Ch*** ***** ***). I've tried contacting this company by email two weeks ago to have service reinstated because the service I use now is very slow mobile data but I read online that all these providers use the same data that they all buy from a source provider and resell it to customers. the hotspot I'm using cost over $100 for slow downloads but i can get the same service from Conxxus for half the priceless unlimited, and super fast. if they're all from the same place though, why would they want to downgrade my plan to a better one that cost less? everyone I've done business with out here, since I left the city, are huge crimelords. it's not any different anywhere else, I'm afraid because I haven't had that pleasure to know otherwise.

      Making the switch to fiber optic because we had to or we wouldn’t have internet, I was told someone would reach out to schedule a time for a tech to come out after line was dug instead I come home today to no internet I call conxxus to see what the issue is she informs me they had cut a line and it would be Thursday before a tech could come out. Umm 3 days with no internet I was told there would be no lapse in internet that was a lie apparently. Already irritated bye the situation the lady ( heather ) told me “I get what I get” !!! And then proceeded to giggle !! I have had conxxus for at least 5 years maybe more and never any problems at this point I’d like to just cancel it all together due to your customer service!

      WHEN THIS COMPANY, STARTED TO MOVE INTO MY AREA. I WAS VERY EXCITED. I IMMEDIATELY WENT ON LINE, AND SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE. I GOT A RESPONSE AND IT SAID IT WOULD BE 4 MONTHS, BEFORE HOOK UP. I SAID FINE. I CAME HOME ONE DAY, AND SOMEONE HAD CAME AND DUG IN MY YARD AND PUT A LINE NEXT TO MY FRONT WINDOW. I REC'D A CALL, FOR CONXXUS ABOUT COMING OUT TO PUT IN SERVICE. THE NEXT DAY HE SHOWS UP, MY HUSBAND ASK IS THE LINE GOING TO BE IN THE BACK WHERE THE UTILITIES ARE AT. HE SAID, IT IS SET TO BE PUT IN THE FRONT PART OF YOUR HOUSE. HUSBAND SAID NO, THE UTILITIES ARE ALL IN THE REAR OF THE HOUSE, AND I DO NOT WANT THEM CONNECTED TO THE FRONT. THE MAN SAID, OH WELL SINCE YOU WILL NOT LET ME HOOK THEM UP TO THE FRONT. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO PUT YOU BACK ON THE WAITING LIST. IT WILL BE ABOUT 2 WEEKS BEFORE SOMEONE COMES BACK OUT TO MOVE IT. THAT WAS BEFORE CHRISTIMAS. NOW I CALLED TODAY, TO SEE WHAT IS THE HOLD UP ON THE LINE, AFTER ALL IT HAS BEEN SOME PRETTY WEATHER TO PUT LINES IN. THE LADY WAS SO VERY RUDE, LIED AND SAID, IT HAS ONLY BEEN SINCE JANUARY 23 SINCE THEY WERE OUT THERE. I AM REALLY SECOND THINKING ABOUT CONXXUS SERVICE. OR IS THIS REALLY THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR COSTOMERS, OR IS THIS JUST SOMONE HAVING A BAD DAY. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMMUNICATION.
