    I went into this place of business on 12/20/2024 to purchase a tire. The employee sold me one and put it on but than looking at the other tire it was bad also so i had him replace that one also and as he was placing the new one on my rim he put cat litter inside of it as he only did that to one tire i became skeptical so i asked him and he said "for weight". I've never seen that before in my life well i paid them 160.00=80.00 per tire i also noticed that they were 2 different brand tires and as the time went by i noticed that they were getting no traction at all and i looked the passenger one was completely bald and the drivers side was worn and i could see wires i called them they said bring it in so i did on 1/21/2024 hoping that they would fix their mistake but it went the whole other way and if u need more explanation than feel free to call me at ********** thank you.

    When she first came in she was telling me how she was gonna sue the city of Peoria Illinois for damages done to her car from a pot hole she hit. She did in fact need a tire. So I replaced the one she asked for. She asked me what I put inside her tire. I then explained to her there are balance beads for balancing the tires. As I was putting her tire back on I shake the wheel like I do on every car. There was play in her wheel so I told her and showed her. She then signed off on her receipt to acknowledge the fact the car has major issues and needs fixed. She comes back about a month later demanding a refund so I looked at her car and could see the problem had not been fixed. The owner and I both tried to explain to her and she started yelling cussing at me. So at that time. I had to walk away because there was nothing else I could do. She then started chasing a customer down the road for no known reason.
