    MY DAUGHTER WENT IN THERE AND THEY GAVE HER A CAR THAT WAS OUT OF HER BUDGET AND NOT EVEN IN HER NAME THE SALES MAN BROUGHT THE PAPER WORK TO ME WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND BUSY AND SAID I WAS SIGNING THE PAPERS FOR THE COSIGNING FOR HER BUT IN REALITY I WAS SIGNING OWN IT AND SHE COULDNT AFFORD THE VEHICAL AND NOW MY CREDIT IS WENT DOWN FROM 650 TO 400! I WAS SHOCKED ABOUT BEING SCREWED OVER! LICENSE PLATES WAS IN HER NAME! She put 500 down! Six months later the car has been repoed do to not being able to to afford 822.00 payments!

    On April 13 2024 I had my 2020 Ford Edge Titanium towed to Gallery Ford. They subsequently REFUSED to repair it as Ford Motor Company had offered to assist me with the FMC assistance program. I had to get my vehicle towed again to another dealer and it was fixed. Without hesitation. I could never get a straight answer nor a return phone call. I do not recommend this dealer for ANYTHING. Zero stars.

    There is no service after the sale with this group. Found paint trouble after taking delivery. They agreed that we all had a problem, yet I have to take my new truck to an autobody shop for repair and another 1100 bucks out of pocket. Very unconcerned group. I will not do business with them again.

    The employees at this car dealership are crooks. How they are even still in business is what I don’t understand. I used to buy all of my cars at Velda Ford, but this company that took over is nothing like *****. They make illegal deals with customers. It is nothing more than a scam! I will not bei going back there.
