Wanted to get garage door working and or buy new one. I mostly wanted new. I put deposit down, 1200. His stories keep changing. However, he then said. He needs more money down for new door, that's not enough. Then he says he will get door working. When he gets more money. He can order new door. Old door now working. ($500). He says he can't get a new door for 6 plus weeks. Why don't you wait and buy a new door next time it breaks, probably going to be cheaper to wait next year, anyway. Then the stories begin. I will drop off $700 deference on 10/3/23 then it was 10/4/23 then it was 10/8/23 then it was I mail you a check. I should have gotten it by 10/11/23. He forgot and said will mail it, nothing. Now he says he is keeping the $700 and there is nothing I can do about it. Take him to small claims court and see how that goes for you. I posted a couple reviews online hoping he would be motivated to pay me what he owes. All I get is more cheap excuses and lies. I need help.

I have been texting Mr. ******** we have come to the solution that he will get his $700 fully refunded to him. And he will be covering the repairs on the door, which is 500. I would not charge him a restocking fee of 300. He has promised once he receives his 700. He would change all the negative feeds on all the websites to positive.
So I have agreed on this as long as he keeps his promise to me. That he is willing to change all the negative feeds to positive feeds, and I will wave the $300 restocking fee on the door.

Tonys garage door is not a trusted service provider. See his reviews on ****. Having so much B/S excuses. Threats of keep money from overpayment. Best to flag him as dishonest and a excuse maker and bully. I did finally get my $700 back from him after 3 weeks, thank you BBB.

Mr. ******* is being. Dishonest he got a refund back and I even had him signed a receipt. I only have customers sign a receipt if they’re 100% satisfied.
